This newly remodeled beach home will be perfect for your next vacation. There is plenty of space for multiple families, with room to comfortably sleep 10 adults and up to a total of 12 people if you have children in your group. Centrally located for easy walking access to the beach, pool, and dining options!

This home is located in the desirable Emerald Shores neighborhood on the closet street to the beach. The house is an easy walk to the beach. We have amazing amenities with this rental which include Private Beach access with a covered Beach Pavilion with bathrooms (fantastic for little kids - you can get there quick!), showers, and beach service (beach chair and umbrella rentals). There is a seasonal snack bar to serve up food and drinks to make your beach day even easier! If you need assistance, during peak season there is a Free Shuttle that will take you to the beach! If you'd rather hang out in the community, you can have a great day at one of the 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court or shuffleboard amenities.

Memories are waiting to happen in this inviting, upscale beach-themed home. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home was recently remodeled. Ideal set-up for spending time together with a spacious family room and kitchen/dining area that seats 8 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. Home features 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and a Bunk Bed room with 4 custom built-in Twin bunks (kids will LOVE it!). The family room couch can pull out to a Queen bed if needed for additional accommodations. Beautiful balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors for enjoying the gorgeous evenings can be accessed from the bedrooms.

1st Floor - Dining, Kitchen, Living, Full Bath #1
Open Dining area with table for 8, in addition to the Kitchen high-top bar with seating for 4. Spacious kitchen stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils as well as the crucial Keurig machine. Granite countertops and Stainless Steel appliances make this kitchen a great place to make your meals. Just off the kitchen, there is a full size washer and dryer for your usage during your stay. Full bathroom is next to the Living Room, which features a comfortable couch and chairs for relaxing to watch the flat screen TV.

2nd Floor - King Bedroom #1, Bunk Bedroom, Full Bath #2
The King Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom (4 twin beds) both have access to the spacious balcony. Everyone will sleep well in the comfy beds that all feature brand new linens and comforters. Flat screen TVs in both rooms. The Bunk Room with the ocean animal theme will be a big hit with kids! These rooms share the large full bath with tub/shower combo on this level.

3rd Floor - King Bedroom #2, Queen Bedroom #1, Full Bath #3
Similar setup as the 2nd floor, both of these bedrooms have private access to the 3rd floor balcony. Brand new linens, comforters, and flat screen TVs in these rooms too! These rooms share the large full bathroom on this floor, also with a tub/shower combo.

This home is also pet friendly, we welcome your dogs in our home. Pre-approval and a pet fee applies, but we know your dog is part of the family too! There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
